My New Favorite Thing...

I love them in my eggs, my sandwiches, with chicken... fresh or grilled. I can't get enough.
A year ago, I would never have believed that I would purposely put bell peppers in any of my food! The same can be said of tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and anything whole wheat...
I was purely a white bread ONLY- skip all the veggies- add the dressings and cheeses, kind of a girl.

Now, as I sit here at the computer eating my lunch, I realize that I have officially grown up.
I think my whole wheat pita bread stuffed with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion and delicious bell pepper proves it. Now, I love to eat my fruits and vegetables!
I better stop blogging and get to eating!

I guess I still need to grow up! lol I have a great sweet n sour chicken you should try, especially if you like onion and bell peppers.

Oh I have found a new love for bell peppers too. I have been trying to eat more veggies and I put them in everything. They are so amazing grilled on the bbq too!

Be sure to try the orange and yellow peppers. They are sweet and the colors make your food beautiful. I love them.
