The other day, I thought, geez, I should really take advantage of this health insurance we have... we've never used it, So I made appointments with a Dentist and a new pediatrician!
The boys did SO great! (insert bragging here) The assistant said Aiden was the best patient they've had for days and was amazed that he was just 2! Then, the Dr came in and said that Aiden was "perfect"! :)
No cavities or issues with Aiden and Ashton surprisingly, luckily, only had one cavity.
He was sooo excited to come home and brush his teeth.
The next day, we scheduled to have his filling done and I was amazed how well he did! I mean, look at these two scary pictures below!
And then, if that wasn't enough DR appointments for the week, the pediatrician appointments were the very next day!! They both ended up needing shots, i guess it has been about a year since their last ones, they were due! Ahh! Aiden just one in the leg and Ashton got all his kindergarden shots! One in each arm and each leg!
Holy moly!
What troopers! :)

A trip to the dentist is far different than when I was a little one. On my first visit to the dentist I was 2 years old and had 24 cavities. Our family has a LOT of teeth issues!!! Having all those cavities filled, the way they did it then (being held down and told to open my mouth, or else) was traumatizing. My precious Darien, like your boys, had a great time and came home more enthused to take care of her teeth than any kid I've ever known. Now that's progress!!! The pictures are wonderful.
